"Especially the funny, talented and passionate part...and the way you came in here earlier shows you can be thoughtful too...even tho that was really weird. We can go in together and see how it goes. I'm pretty sure you could be a great addition to the team." I know he has a softer side, even though he doesn't like to show it.
